Bill Tobin is a restaurateur, a husband, a father, an author, a consultant, and a blogger. He helps restaurants run better by providing resources for restaurant owners, chefs, managers, and supervisors to become better leaders. His restaurant—Tiki’s Grill & Bar—is the busiest independent restaurant in Waikiki with more than 150 staff on payroll.
Bill is a life student of restaurant leadership with over 35 years of experience in food & beverage. He opened Tiki’s Grill & Bar in 2002. His accomplishments since include chairing the Hawaii Restaurant Association, opening a second restaurant, published “Food to Write Home About – Hawaii” and was inducted into the Hawaii Restaurant Association Hall of Fame.
